Winter 2025 Test Booking Deadlines
Midterm/Tests/Quizzes - must be booked at least seven (7) days in advance through the CAL Student Portal. All midterms/tests/quizzes being written
between Feb 18 - 21 must be booked by Monday, February 3rd.
Final Exams - all tests/exams being written between April 12 - 21 must be booked by Wednesday, March 19th.
If you have missed the deadline to book a test/ exam for circumstances out of your control, connect with your assigned Disability Counsellor.
Letters of Accommodation (LOA)
You can request your Letter of Accommodation (LOA) by using the tools in the Accommodations section. Once a request is submitted, your professor will receive an email and instructions on how to view your LOA through the secure CAL Faculty Portal.
You can access and review your LOA under the Accommodations tab after your request has been approved. Your LOA will expire 90 days after your course end date. You must request a new LOA each semester through the secure CAL Student Portal.

If you are an AC Online student, do not use this portal for sending your LOA. Contact your Disabilities Counsellor if you need assistance.
